This is a compilation of Sri Nabadwip-dham-mahatmya and Sri Nabadwip-bhava-taranga, both by Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur. After Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur discovered by meditation the place where Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu appeared, he became surcharged with spiritual ecstacy. The manifestation of that ananda took the form of Sri Nabadwip-dham-mahatmya, which describes the supreme position of Sri Nabadwip Dham, instructions for pilgrimage and the history and significance of the nine islands of Nabadwip. Sri Nabadwip-bhava-taranga, the second book presented in this edition, is an intimate darshan with Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur in which he shares with the reader his deep vision of the Holy Dham.
